Renaudo Robinson is soloist, teacher, and chamber musician based in San Diego, California. He is the concertmaster of the City Ballet Orchestra San Diego, a member of the La Jolla Symphony Orchestra, and former concertmaster of the Villa Musica Chamber Players. Additionally, Renaudo is a former member of the Chicago Sinfonietta, Chicago Modern Orchestra Project, and Matt Jones Orchestra. Other experience includes performances with the Pacific Lyric Opera Orchestra, Coronado Philharmonia, Villa Music Summer Orchestra, Michigan Philharmonic, Dearborn Symphony, Oistrach Symphony, Rochester Symphony, Livonia Symphony, and Oakland-Pontiac Symphony. He is a prize-winning laureate of the James Tatum Foundation for the Arts Scholarship Competition (2005), Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Competition (2006), and Jose Etta Daley Young Artists Competition (2009).

As an educator, Renaudo teaches for Mission Hills Music in San Diego, while also teaching privately through his own studio.  Prior experience includes the Sphinx Organization’s Flint Overture Program and the Flint Institute of Music, where served as a faculty member, teaching private violin and viola lessons.

Renaudo completed his undergraduate work at the University of Michigan, where he received a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in French & Francophone Studies.  His graduate work was completed at DePaul University, where he earned a Master of Music degree, followed by a Performance Certificate in Violin Performance.
